Founder, President & CEO
Lamont Hale is the founder and CEO of LH International Consultancy (LHIC), a veteran- and minority-owned strategic advisory platform he has owned and operated for 22 years, connecting proven technology and infrastructure principals to the government, commercial and capital markets that need them. Since founding LHIC in 2004, Lamont has directed large-scale security and project operations under contract for government, commercial and high-net-worth clients across Europe and the United States, with operational experience spanning the Middle East, Africa and U.S. disaster-relief response. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 21 years of service, his military foundation shapes the discipline and operational rigor LHIC brings to every client engagement.
