Mr. Hale is a Retired United States Marine with over 35 of experience in Security, Training, Counter Terrorist, Leadership and Management in large complex projects. His military service includes staff experience in Headquarters Marine Corps “Pentagon”, Commander US Pacific Fleet, Hawaii, United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, Seoul, South Korea, Commanding General Marine Corp Base Okinawa, Japan and Marine Barracks Japan. He is the founder of LH International Consultancy Inc. “LHIC” and Strategic Security Services, Limited, (3SL) where he has consulted in security for foreign dignitaries, Heads of State, Fortune 500 Companies and the US Federal Government. In addition, Mr. Hale has performed security and consulting services in Iraq, UAE, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Mali and Sierra Leone, S. Korea, Japan, UK, Switzerland, France and the United States. Malek Majzoub
Executive Vice President of LHIC
Mr. Majzoub has extensive experience in cross border transactions for the purchase, shipment and sale of Gold and other commodities. Mr. Majzoub has extensive security experience working in Africa and the Middle East. He consulted for Kankou Moussa Gold Refinery in Mali. He has worked in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Kenya and Tanzania. He worked as part of security teams in Iraq and Afghanistan. His security background includes being Virginia State Certified (DCJS) as a Personal Protection Specialist, Mr. Majzoub has worked Executive Protection details for CEOs, the Royal Saudi Family, and State Department Security team member. Mr. Majzoub has worked in Law Enforcement since 1991 in high crime areas and currently is still a sworn LEO. Mr. Majzoub was trained in counter terrorism by the USN and FBI. Mr. Majzoub is also a retired Manager of Ford Motor Company Malek’s where he was in charge of team building, logistics, production, engineer and procurement. In addition, Mr. Malek has experience in managing, fleet vehicles, Safety systems, Multi-Billion-dollar inventories and budgets and Quality Assurance. Paul E. Bell
RN/BSN Director of Medical Services of LHIC
Mr. Bell has extensive medical experience dating back to 1983 when he started his career running Rescue in a small town in North Carolina. He then joined the U.S. Navy where he served just over 22 years of Active Duty. He was an Enlisted Hospital Corpsman for the first 10 ½ years where he obtained his specialty designations in Respiratory Therapy and Trauma. He also obtained status as an “8404” Combat Corpsman and was part of a Pilot Program that certified Clinical Corpsmen to provide autonomous care under clinical guidance. Mr. Bell was awarded two scholarship programs while enlisted. Mr. Bell successfully completed the Enlisted Educational Advancement Program with an Associate’s Degree from Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC; and the Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program with a Baccalaureate Degree from University Of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. Mr. Bell retired from the Navy as an Officer with Subspecialty Codes in Emergency/Trauma Care, Critical Care, and Ortho/Neuro Clinical Specialist.
Since retiring from the Military, Mr. Bell has been involved with the development, construction and implementation of Multiple Medical Practices. Mr. Bell comes to LHIC directly from his latest 10-year endeavor as a Medical Services Administrator in the complex Correctional Healthcare Profession. He has worked with implementation, training, coordination, and direct care of Inmate Populations in multiple facilities throughout the United States.
Throughout his career, Paul has successfully developed strengths in Administration, Clinical Assessment, Critical Pathway Development, Clinical Studies, and Direct Patient Care. Paul is also a sworn Deputy Sheriff and has contributed hundreds of hours of Law Enforcement Service to his City and Community
LtGen Buck Bedard (USMC, RET.)

Lieutenant General Emil R. ‘Buck’ Bedard retired from the US Marine Corps with over 37 years of active duty service in 2003. General Bedard’s military career included two combat tours in Vietnam, as well as commanding the 7th Marine Regiment in Somalia and the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force during Operation Desert Storm. General Bedard’s final active duty tour was as the Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policies and Operations for the US Marine Corps Headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he served until his retirement in 2003. He has continued to serve with the Marine Corps in Afghanistan and Iraq since his retirement. General Bedard’s many military awards include a Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and Bronze Star (with Combat V). General Bedard graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1967

MajGen. Davis served in the U.S. Marine Corps, both active duty and reserve, from 1968 to 2005 where he held the rank of Major General. MajGen. Davis’ career included command at every level from platoon to division in addition to numerous staff assignments. MajGen. Davis attended numerous high-level schools both here and abroad. MajGen. Davis’ law enforcement career included both federal and state agencies where he retired in 1999 with 30 years of distinguished service. MajGen. Davis is also the founder of J.A. Davis and Associates, a security and leadership training company. MajGen. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of one privately-held company and the boards of advisors of three mutually-held companies. MajGen. Davis holds undergraduate and masters degrees from Indiana State University and a Master of Urban Administration from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
Mr. Ronnie Carter (Fmr Director, ATF)

Owner of RA Carter and Associates, LLC, a law enforcement, firearms, and explosives consulting firm that specializes in training and education, as well as criminal investigation and pre-trial preparation. Seasoned leader with 29 years of experience in law enforcement, including 19 years as a field agent and first line supervisor for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Served as Deputy Director and Acting Director of ATF from 2007 to 2009. Strong communicator with huge network of contacts and clear understanding of how the federal, state, and local law enforcement community operates. Able to provide insight as to how business gets done behind the scenes, the way the community thinks, and what the community needs. Possess keen understanding of how the firearms and explosives industry operates and how changes are made. Well known for teaching work, undercover operations, fraud investigation skills, and street work, as well as for being a good listener and for willingness to build and repair relationships. Mr. AbuShaban is the Managing Director of Dinar Trading, FZE, a consulting firm specializing in Middle Eastern financial operations. Formerly the Director of Operations and Security at the United States Department of Treasury / Fiscal and Financial Attaché at the US Embassy (Baghdad – Iraq), Mr. AbuShaban holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Franklin University and is fluent in English and several major dialects of Arabic.
